Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering

How do I order?

Choose an arrangement from our shop pages and check out online, or call us on +964 750 022 2527 to order by phone. For weddings, large events or international orders, contact us directly so we can discuss what you need.

How far ahead should I order?

For an everyday bouquet, a few hours is usually enough. For large arrangements, event work, or a specific flower that is out of season, give us several days. Around Nawroz, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the Eid holidays we recommend at least a week.

Can I ask for something that isn’t on the website?

Yes. Tell us the occasion, the colours you like and your budget, and we will build something to suit. Most of our best work is made this way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Call us as soon as you can. If we have not started making the arrangement, changes are simple. Once flowers are cut and arranged we cannot undo that, so we may not be able to cancel — but we will always tell you honestly where your order stands.

Delivery and Pickup

Where do you deliver?

Throughout the Kurdistan Region — Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Zakho, Halabja, Soran and surrounding districts. For recipients outside Iraq, we arrange delivery through a florist in their own city.

Do you deliver the same day?

Within Erbil, yes, for orders placed early in the day. Other cities are usually next-day. We confirm the delivery window with you when you order.

What does delivery cost?

It depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

Our driver calls them. If there is no answer we try a neighbour or a reception desk where appropriate, and we contact you to agree what to do next. We never leave flowers unattended in the sun.

Is pickup free?

Yes. Order ahead, tell us when you are coming, and collect at no extra charge.

The Flowers

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Very close, but not identical. Flowers are grown, not manufactured — stem length, bloom size and shade vary. If a particular flower is unavailable we will tell you and suggest the nearest alternative rather than substituting quietly.

How long will they last?

Most arrangements last five to seven days with good care. Trim the stems at an angle, use clean water, change it every two days, and keep them away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit.

Which flowers last longest?

Chrysanthemum, carnation, alstroemeria and orchids are the most durable. Peonies and tulips are shorter-lived but worth it in season.

Gifts

Can I include a message?

Yes, at no extra cost. Add the wording at checkout or send it to us by email. We write cards in Kurdish, Arabic or English.

Will the recipient see the price?

No. Tell us it is a gift and no price is included with the delivery.

Can I send anonymously?

Yes. Leave the sender name off the card and we will not reveal it. Note that if the recipient asks us directly, we will say the sender wished to remain anonymous rather than lie to them.

Payment

How can I pay?

Payment options are shown at checkout. For phone orders we will explain the options when you call.
