We deliver across the Kurdistan Region, and we can arrange flowers for recipients abroad. Whether you are sending to a family member in Erbil or to someone on the other side of the world, we will get flowers to their door.
Delivery in the Kurdistan Region
We deliver throughout Kurdistan, including Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Zakho, Halabja, Soran and the surrounding districts.
How to order
Select Delivery at checkout and give us the recipient’s full address and a phone number we can reach them on. The phone number matters — it is the single most common reason a delivery is delayed.
Timing
Same-day delivery is available within Erbil for orders placed early in the day. Deliveries to other cities are usually next-day. We will confirm the delivery window with you when you order.
Charges
Delivery charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
International Delivery
Sending flowers to someone outside Iraq is handled differently. Rather than shipping cut flowers across borders — which no florist can do well — we place the order with a trusted florist in the recipient’s own city, so the flowers arrive fresh and locally made.
We will confirm the arrangement, the price and the delivery date with you before anything is charged. Please contact us directly for international orders rather than ordering through the website, so we can check availability in that country first.
Sending a Gift
If your flowers are a gift, tell us and we will make sure no price appears with the delivery. You can include a written message card at no extra cost — add the wording at checkout, or send it to us by email. We are happy to write cards in Kurdish, Arabic or English.
If Nobody Is Home
Our driver will call the recipient. If there is no answer, we will try a neighbour or a reception desk where that is appropriate, and we will contact you to agree what to do next. We do not leave flowers unattended in the sun.
