Order online or by phone, and collect your flowers from us in person. Pickup costs nothing and lets you see the arrangement before you take it away.
How It Works
1. Place your order
Choose your arrangement on our shop pages and select Pickup at checkout, or call us on +964 750 022 2527 to order by phone.
2. Choose your collection time
Tell us the day and time you would like to collect. We will confirm it with you before we begin work on the arrangement.
3. We prepare your flowers
Your arrangement is made fresh on the day of collection, not in advance. This is the main reason we ask for a time — so the flowers are at their best the moment you arrive.
4. Collect
Give your name or order number at the counter. We hold prepared orders for the rest of the working day; if you cannot make your time, call us and we will re-arrange rather than let the flowers go to waste.
Ordering Ahead
For everyday bouquets, a few hours is usually enough. For large arrangements, event work, or specific flowers that are out of season, please give us several days so we can source properly.
Around Nawroz, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the Eid holidays, demand is heavy and we recommend ordering at least a week ahead.
Caring for Your Flowers
Fresh flowers do not like heat. If you are collecting in summer, keep them out of direct sun and away from a hot car where you can. Once home, trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water, and change the water every two days.
