We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.
Payments
At the moment all orders are paid in cash when you receive them, so we do not collect or store any card details on this site.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store the name, address, email, and phone number you provide, so you don’t need to re-enter it on future orders. You can view, update, or ask us to delete this information at any time.
Contact form
When you send us a message through our Contact page, the information you submit (name, email, and message) is emailed to us so we can reply. We keep these messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Newsletter
If you sign up to hear from us, your email address is stored with our email service provider so we can send you updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Comments
If you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser details, to help us detect spam.
